> Meet the craftsman behind Zipoli Home Services: an electrical engineer by trade bringing 15+ years of hands-on craftsmanship to Lake Norman homes.

Zipoli Home Services isn't a faceless company. It's one craftsman. When you call, you reach him directly, and the same hands you talk to are the ones who show up, do the work, and stand behind it.

## The Zipoli story

Zipoli Home Services began the way the best things often do, with curiosity. As a kid, the founder took his toys apart just to put them back together; as a teen he was building greenhouses and mounting TVs; and as an adult he remodeled his own home room by room: 15+ years of hands-on craft, and counting.

An electrical engineer by trade who's worked across a range of engineering fields, most recently building fintech software, he brings an engineer's precision and a neighbor's care to every project, and he's steadily growing into the general contracting space, one honest job at a time.

## What guides our work

### An engineer's precision

An electrical engineer by trade, the founder brings careful, methodical work and clean results to every job, measured twice, done right.

### Honest scope & pricing

Upfront quotes and a straight answer about what's in our lane versus what belongs to a licensed trade. No surprises, ever.

### One trusted face

The person you call is the person who shows up, does the work, and stands behind it. No call centers, no rotating crews.
